Cypress Bank & Trust of Florida Selects CSI’s NuPoint Core Banking System

Cypress Bank & Trust, a Florida-based banking startup, selected the core banking platform NuPoint provided by U.S. banking technology provider Computer Services Inc (CSI).

The bank was originally founded as a corporate trust company in 1996. It became a bank and trust in August 2021 and now offers a wide range of personal and business banking services in addition to management of trusts and investments.

“To be successful in our expansion in banking, it is imperative that we work with a vendor who has the technological advancements and a proven track record to support our initiatives,” said Dana Kilborne, CEO of Cypress Bank & Trust.

CSI says its basic cloud-based banking system will allow the bank to deploy new customer-centric banking solutions and connect to third-party APIs, while simplifying its back-end processes.

Cypress Bank & Trust will also implement the provider’s integrated online and digital banking solutions.
